Parents' Day – Saturday, 24 October 2026
We warmly invite all parents to our Parents' Day on Saturday, 24 October 2026. Please register here by Wednesday, 7 October 2026. You can edit your registration until then.
Schedule
- From 9:30 a.m.
- Arrival on campus: registration desk, coffee and croissants in the Max Cassirer House
- 10:00 a.m.
- Opening ceremony in the Grosser Saal (Geheeb House)
- 10:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
- Meetings with academic advisors and family heads
- 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Ecole experiences all over campus
- 12:30–1:45 p.m.
- Lunch with your child's Ecole family
- 2:00–2:45 p.m.
- Meetings with academic advisors and family heads
- 2:30–4:45 p.m.
- Coffee and cake
- 3:00–3:45 p.m.
- Singgemeinde in the Grosser Saal (Geheeb House)
- 4:00–5:30 p.m.
- Meetings with academic advisors and family heads
- 6:00 p.m.
- Departure for fall vacation
Your personal meeting times with academic advisors and family heads will follow.

- Individuelle Gespräche mit den Familienhäuptern und Tutor*innen
- 11.00–12.00 Uhr
- Ecole-Einblicke auf dem ganzen Campus
- 12.30–13.45 Uhr
- Mittagessen mit der Ecole-Familie Ihres Kindes
- 14.00–14.45 Uhr
- Individuelle Gespräche mit den Familienhäuptern und Tutor*innen
- 14.30–16.45 Uhr
- Kaffee und Kuchen
- 15.00–15.45 Uhr
- Singgemeinde im Grossen Saal (Geheeb-Haus)

Anleitung zur Verwendung der Formulare
- Wählen Sie das gewünschte Formular aus.
- Klicken Sie auf das Formular, um es auf Ihr Gerät herunterzuladen.
- Füllen Sie das Formular direkt auf Ihrem Gerät aus. Kein Drucken oder Scannen notwendig. Speichern Sie das neue Dokument.
- Senden Sie das ausgefüllte Formular an unser Sekretariat unter ecole@ecole.ch.
